Andrew Moore

Andrew Moore’s earliest hospitality experience came during school holidays at the family-run Downhill Hotel in Ballina, County Mayo, where he began as a kitchen porter at twelve and later worked behind the bar. He earned a BA in Hotel and Catering Management at GMIT Galway and completed two internships in the United States. After graduation he worked at Fitzpatrick’s Castle in Killiney and progressed through Front Office, Reservations and hotel management. Subsequent Hilton appointments took him to London, Belfast, Beijing and Seoul.
