Andy Lio entered hotel operations through Front Office after practical training at Pousada de Mong-Há, the teaching hotel of Macao's tourism university. He progressed through Front Desk, Duty Manager and Night Manager roles before joining the opening team of Galaxy Macau in 2010. Further management appointments followed at The Ritz-Carlton, Macau and Raffles at Galaxy Macau.
