Christian Gerart

Christian Gérart developed his early career in Food and Beverage at Las Dunas in Spain, Cotton House on Mustique and Hyatt La Manga. He subsequently served as Food and Beverage Manager at The Oberoi Mauritius and became Executive Assistant Manager – Food and Beverage at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa in Bali in 2009. Those appointments preceded his broader hotel and resort leadership with Anantara in Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
