Christian Wildhaber

Christian Wildhaber entered hospitality as a chef apprentice in Montreux, Switzerland, and progressed to Executive Chef positions before taking responsibility for Food and Beverage. His early international assignments included Nikko Bali, Kempinski Beijing, Harbour Grand Kowloon and Kempinski Marrakech. He joined The Langham Hong Kong as Director of Food and Beverage in 2008, later moving into wider hotel leadership in Hong Kong and Shenzhen. Hotel Manager appointments in Sydney and Guangzhou preceded his work on the restoration and reopening of Mandarin Oriental Palace, Luzern.
