Dale Parkington
Dale Parkington began his hotel career at The Royal Hotel in Durban and later led Food and Beverage operations at Grand Hyatt properties across Africa, the Middle East, Europe and Asia. He subsequently became Resort Manager with One&Only in Africa and the Bahamas and held the same position at The Ocean Club following its transition to Four Seasons. His move into city-hotel management included an appointment as Hotel Manager at The Ritz-Carlton, Beijing in 2018.
