Duncan Yu
Duncan Yu studied Tourism Management at university before beginning his hotel career in Sales. His experience subsequently extended across Sheraton, Le Méridien, The Luxury Collection and JW Marriott properties in China. In a 2025 interview, he identified Le Méridien Shimei Bay as his first General Manager appointment, approximately a decade earlier. He later led the combined operations of Sheraton Sanya Haitang Bay Resort and JW Marriott Sanya Haitang Bay Resort & Spa, gaining experience in multi-property resort leadership.
