Eric Blomeyer
Eric Blomeyer developed his Food and Beverage career with Raffles hotels in Singapore, Cambodia and Beijing. In 2012 he joined Mandarin Oriental as a pre-opening Director of Food and Beverage. He subsequently progressed to Hotel Manager at Mandarin Oriental, Sanya in 2015 and Mandarin Oriental, Pudong, Shanghai in 2017, following a career combining restaurant leadership with wider hotel management.
