He subsequently progressed through Food and Beverage, Resort Manager and General Manager positions before joining Minor Hotels in 2021. His later appointments included Anantara resorts in Mui Ne and Quy Nhon in Vietnam, Tangalle in Sri Lanka, and Koh Yao Yai in Thailand.
