Fanny Guibouret
Fanny Guibouret began at Hyatt Regency Paris Charles de Gaulle in 1998 in Reception and Front Office, progressing to Assistant Front Office Manager before taking on Catering Sales. At Hyatt Regency Casablanca she subsequently served as Front Office Manager, Director of Rooms, Executive Assistant Manager for Sales and Marketing and Hotel Manager. In 2013 she became General Manager of Hotel du Louvre in Paris, leading the property's renovation and repositioning. She also studied hospitality in Besançon and Japanese in Tokyo.
