Frederic Kolde
Following his studies at Swiss Hotel Management School, Frederic Kolde joined the pre-opening team at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong as Assistant Manager of its steakhouse. He subsequently managed The Oak Door at Grand Hyatt Tokyo and returned to Hong Kong as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage in 2014. His progression continued through Director of Food and Beverage at Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok, Executive Assistant Manager at Hyatt Regency Beijing Wangjing and Hotel Manager appointments with Anantara in Bangkok.
