Giordano Faggioli
Giordano Faggioli built his hotel career in the kitchen, serving as Executive Chef at Four Seasons Chiang Mai from 2006, The St. Regis Beijing and AYANA Resort Bali. At AYANA he moved into Food and Beverage leadership in 2013, later advancing to Hotel Manager. His next appointment was Resident Manager at Shangri-La Colombo from 2019 to 2022, followed by a return to AYANA and promotion to General Manager. This progression took him from culinary management through multi-outlet Food and Beverage to hotel-wide operations.
