Giovanni Viterale
Giovanni Viterale developed his early Food and Beverage career in Europe, working at The Lygon Arms in England, Claridge’s in London, Beau-Rivage in Lugano and Brenners Park-Hotel in Germany. He later moved to Hong Kong, where he advanced through Director of Food and Beverage and Resident Manager positions at Conrad Hong Kong. In 2010 he moved to Singapore to lead The Fullerton Hotel, subsequently overseeing the group’s expansion to Sydney.
