Gordon Fuller
Gordon Fuller studied Hotel Administration at Ryde College in Australia while gaining experience as Trainee Manager and Assistant to the Catering Manager at Sebel Town House. He subsequently joined Sydney Regent Hotel in Finance Control before holding assignments across Finance, Catering and Rooms. He joined Hyatt Regency Coolum as Assistant Manager in 1988 and later progressed to senior Hyatt appointments, including General Manager of Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. His career foundations combined Finance and Food and Beverage management.
