Héctor Busto Soulé
Héctor Busto Soulé entered Ritz-Carlton in a Club Concierge position in 2007 and progressed through a Rooms Division management-training programme, Night Management and Guest Services. At Hotel Arts Barcelona he held senior Front Office and Housekeeping roles before moving to The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo as Executive Assistant Manager, Rooms. He subsequently joined Marriott International’s luxury openings operations team in Hong Kong in 2019, followed by a General Manager assignment in Tianjin.
