Hervé Mazella
Hervé Mazella developed his hospitality career through culinary work at Relais & Châteaux properties in France and Britain, including The Waterside Inn. After studies in hotel management in France and Germany, he joined Hyatt in Hong Kong in 2012 as Executive Assistant Manager, Food and Beverage, and progressed to Hotel Manager at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. He became General Manager of Park Hyatt Tokyo in March 2016.
