Jasjit Assi
Jasjit Assi developed his Food and Beverage career at The Park in New Delhi before joining the pre-opening team of Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai in 2006. At the Mumbai hotel he served as Restaurant Manager at San:Qi, subsequently becoming Director of Food and Beverage at Four Seasons properties in Chiang Mai and Sydney. He returned to Mumbai as Hotel Manager in 2016 and later contributed to the opening team of Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River.
