Jean-Pierre Joncas
Jean-Pierre Joncas began his professional hotel career in Food and Beverage in Canada, after volunteer work as a firefighter and training officer. His first overseas hotel assignment took him to Dubai, followed by an international career spanning multiple markets in the Middle East and Asia. He developed Food and Beverage and operational leadership through Fairmont, Millennium Hilton and Park Hyatt, including responsibilities in the Maldives. A later Hotel Manager appointment at Raffles Hotel Le Royal in Cambodia preceded General Manager positions with Accor properties in Vietnam and Bali.
