Justin Lee

Justin Lee entered working life in restaurant service, progressing from a McDonald's cleaning crew to restaurant management. He subsequently moved into hotel Learning and Development and Human Resources, holding senior appointments with The Ritz-Carlton, Fairmont, Dusit International, YTL Hotels and Kerzner International. His responsibilities later broadened into hotel operations through Executive Assistant Manager and Hotel Manager roles.
