Ksenia Novikova
Ksenia Novikova first worked in Food and Beverage during summer placements at Sea Island in the United States, where she continued her university studies. She later completed postgraduate studies at Southern Illinois University Carbondale and developed her hotel career with Starwood in the United States and Qatar. Her subsequent Food and Beverage leadership appointments with The Ritz-Carlton took her to Beijing, Shanghai and Moscow before she moved into Hotel Manager responsibilities in Abu Dhabi.
