Mafalda Costa Tavares

Mafalda Costa Tavares completed a Business Administration degree and a Hotel Management Diploma at Les Roches before gaining early hotel experience at Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon and Conrad Brussels. She subsequently joined the Executive Lounge Guest Relations team at Hyatt Regency Dubai. At The Ritz-Carlton Penha Longa in Portugal she moved into hotel commercial management, developing a career in Sales, Marketing and Revenue across luxury properties in Europe, Asia and the Caribbean. Her later positions included hotel leadership at Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Puerto Rico.
