Manish Puri
Manish Puri trained at the Oberoi School of Hotel Management and developed his early career in Food and Beverage with Oberoi Hotels. He subsequently joined the opening team of Burj Al Arab in Dubai as Private Dining Manager before taking assignments at The Leela Palace Kempinski Bangalore, Grand Hyatt Mumbai, The Imperial New Delhi and Taj Hotels. His leadership career later extended to Six Senses resorts in Jordan, Thailand, China, Indonesia and Israel. He also completed professional programmes at Oxford Saïd Business School and Cornell University, distinct from his initial hotel-management training.
