Mari Takara

Mari Takara entered the hotel industry through Rooms Division at ANA Crowne Plaza Fukuoka in 2009 and subsequently held Director of Rooms appointments within IHG Hotels & Resorts in Japan. In 2019 she joined the pre-opening team at ANA InterContinental Beppu Resort & Spa, later serving as Acting General Manager and Deputy General Manager. She became General Manager of Hotel Indigo Karuizawa in 2023 and subsequently assumed portfolio responsibility for both properties, building a career that combines Rooms Division leadership, openings and multi-property operations.
