Mark Choon
Mark Choon entered hotel management at his family’s Best Western property in Wisconsin after studying Communications at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Following four years learning hotel operations, he joined The Peninsula Chicago as Night Manager for its 2001 opening, progressing through Front Office and Rooms Division leadership to Resident Manager. His later Hotel Manager assignments took him to Bangkok and Tokyo before his first Peninsula General Manager appointment in Manila.
