Mark Neukomm
Mark Neukomm began his professional life at fifteen as an apprentice Chef in Switzerland, completing three years of training before studying hotel service, management and languages in Lausanne. An early internship in Tokyo established the foundations of a long career in Japan. After joining The Ritz-Carlton in Shanghai in 2000, he progressed through Food and Beverage, Executive Assistant Manager and Hotel Manager responsibilities in Osaka. Subsequent General Manager assignments took him to Osaka, Bahrain, Moscow and Kyoto, extending his international experience while maintaining strong ties to Japan.
