Marteyne van Well
Marteyne van Well studied at Hotelschool The Hague from 1983 to 1987, followed by a year at ESSEC Business School. She began her hotel career in Housekeeping and subsequently spent more than a decade in Sales and Marketing in the United States before advancing into operations. Her first General Manager appointment came at Rock House in the Bahamas in 2004. She joined Six Senses in Doha in 2008, later leading resorts in Thailand and the Maldives and completing Cornell’s General Managers Program.
