Martin Schnider
Martin Schnider trained in the culinary profession in Switzerland, later completing a sommelier apprenticeship before joining Mandarin Oriental, Singapore in 1994. Following an assignment in Manila, he became Director of Food and Beverage in Kuala Lumpur in 1999. His subsequent General Manager appointments took him to Surabaya, Tokyo, Macau and Doha. He returned to Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur in 2023, bringing three decades of experience within the group.
