Masahisa Oba

Masahisa Oba held Food and Beverage leadership positions at The Peninsula Shanghai before moving into Resident Manager and Hotel Manager assignments at The Peninsula Tokyo and Hong Kong. He became General Manager of The Peninsula Manila in 2019 and was appointed Managing Director of The Peninsula Bangkok in 2024. His hospitality education includes the Japan Hotel School and the École Hôtelière de Lausanne Hotel Management Programme.
