Masaru Watanabe
Masaru Watanabe joined Palace Hotel in Tokyo in 1987, rotating through Bell Services, Housekeeping, Restaurant Service and Banquets before moving into Sales and Marketing. He joined the International Marketing team in 1999 and later worked on the hotel's redevelopment planning. In 2010 he became Deputy Director of the pre-opening preparation office, helping oversee its transformation and reopening.
