Matthew Carroll
Matthew Carroll began his hospitality career at a resort in Australia in 2006 after studying at Kenvale College and the University of Notre Dame Australia. He joined Hyatt at Park Hyatt Sydney in 2012 and subsequently became Director of Food and Beverage at Hyatt Regency Sydney. He held the same discipline at Park Hyatt Auckland during its opening period before assuming the General Manager position at Park Hyatt Kyoto in April 2022.
