Matthias Terrettaz
Matthias Terrettaz graduated from École Hôtelière de Lausanne in 1994 and developed his career with The Ritz-Carlton in San Francisco and New York, including Club Manager at its Central Park South property. He became Restaurant Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong in 2004, advanced to Assistant Director of Food and Beverage and joined the opening team of The Ritz-Carlton Tokyo in 2007. Later assignments included Resident Manager at Shangri-La Paris and Hotel Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong.
