Matthias Vogt
Matthias Vogt began a hotel apprenticeship at Hotel-Restaurant Erbprinz in Ettlingen in 1989, followed by culinary training at Zur Traube in Grevenbroich. After studying at Hotelfachschule Heidelberg, he joined The Dorchester in London as a Food and Beverage trainee. He subsequently became Director of Food and Beverage at The Ritz-Carlton, Wolfsburg, before progressing to Hotel Manager at The Ritz-Carlton, Sanya and his first General Manager appointment in Vienna in 2012.
