Neil McInnes joined Hilton Glasgow in 1995 and moved into Revenue Management, eventually becoming Regional Director of Revenue Management for Japan, Korea and Micronesia. He subsequently served as General Manager of Hilton Tokyo Bay in 2015 and Conrad Tokyo in 2017, alongside wider operational responsibilities across East Japan and Okinawa.
