Nicolas Senes began his Four Seasons career in Food and Beverage at the company's former Provence resort in 2004. He subsequently held Food and Beverage management appointments in Guangzhou, Shanghai and Bali before becoming Resort Manager at Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay.
