Özgür Cengiz joined the opening team of The Ritz-Carlton Istanbul in 2001 and developed his resort-management career in the Maldives, including at One&Only Reethi Rah. He subsequently served as Resort Manager at JOALI Maldives before taking on the opening and General Manager appointment at JOALI BEING, where his experience broadened into wellness-focused hospitality.
