Phan Trong Minh

Before entering hotels, Phan Trong Minh spent six years working in electronics manufacturing in Czechoslovakia. Returning to Hue, he became a waiter at the Century Hotel in 1993 and transferred to Reception in 1995, later advancing to Front Office Supervisor. After managing another hotel in Hue, he joined La Résidence in 2007 as Front Office Manager. His professional training includes small-hotel management and Vietnam Tourism Certification Board programmes for Front Office and Human Resources trainers.
