Philip Yu
Philip Yu began as a Food and Beverage trainee and developed his career through hotel restaurant management and senior clubhouse positions at the Hong Kong Jockey Club. Joining Hyatt in 2007 as Hotel Manager at Grand Hyatt Shanghai, he moved into his first General Manager appointment at Hyatt Regency Hangzhou in 2010. He became General Manager of Grand Hyatt Hong Kong in 2013, subsequently advancing into regional and Greater China operations leadership.
