Radu Cernia
Radu Cernia began his hotel career as a Server at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai in 1998, subsequently progressing through Restaurants and Banquets management at Ritz-Carlton properties in California. He became Director of Food and Beverage at Bulgari Resort Bali before holding senior management appointments in Tokyo and Beijing. His later General Manager roles have taken him to Seoul, Singapore and Fukuoka, combining Food and Beverage expertise with international hotel management.
