Richard Greaves
Richard Greaves studied hospitality at the University of Surrey and began his Hyatt career as a Management Trainee at Hyatt Carlton Tower in London in 1984. He supported the opening of Hyatt Regency Cologne in 1988 and developed his management experience in Food and Beverage at Hyatt hotels in Macau and Bangkok. In 1996 he became Executive Assistant Manager, Food and Beverage, at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, followed by Resident Manager at Grand Hyatt Taipei in 2000. His first General Manager appointment came at Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok in January 2003, preceding wider hotel and regional leadership in China.
