Roman Kardashov
Roman Kardashov spent his school years in Hong Kong before entering hospitality through a Food and Beverage internship at Lindner Golf & Ski Hotel Rhodania in Crans-Montana, Switzerland. He earned a degree in Hotel Management from Les Roches and joined Hyatt in 2009 as a corporate trainee at Park Hyatt Dubai. His subsequent assignments included Park Hyatt Tokyo, Grand Hyatt Tokyo, Park Hyatt Seoul and Grand Hyatt Seoul, where he developed restaurant and Food and Beverage leadership experience before moving into hotel general management in Busan.
