Ross Sanders
Ross Sanders initially studied Computer Science and Business Management and worked in banking before moving from the United Kingdom to Malaysia. He entered hotel management through Guest Relations at Pangkor Laut Resort, then completed a management-development programme with The Ritz-Carlton Kuala Lumpur. His subsequent responsibilities at YTL Hotels spanned Rooms Division, Central Reservations and Sales and Marketing before he became General Manager of Pangkor Laut and later led Anantara resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives.
