Sherona Lau began her hotel career as a Management Trainee at the Yinhe Dynasty Inter-Continental Hotel in China. After hospitality studies in Switzerland and at Florida International University, she developed her Sales and Marketing career with The Peninsula Hotels across Bangkok, Hong Kong and regional management. Subsequent appointments included pre-opening commercial leadership at The Ritz-Carlton Sanya and Director of Sales and Marketing at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, before she moved into wider hotel management.
