Sherona Shng began her professional life in television broadcasting after graduating from the National University of Singapore. She entered hotels through Marketing Communications at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong, and joined Langham's Mong Kok pre-opening team in 2003. After holding corporate communications positions, she became Hotel Manager and subsequently General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen.
