Sriram Kailasam studied Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts in India and began his career as a chef, building experience in India and Australia. At Banyan Tree Phuket he became Executive Sous Chef, progressed to Food and Beverage Manager in 2004, and moved to Banyan Tree Bangkok as Director of Food and Beverage in February 2005. He became Banyan Tree Group Food and Beverage Manager in 2007. His subsequent career has included resort general management in Thailand and Vietnam.
