Vincent Durier
Vincent Durier trained in Hospitality Management in Bordeaux and La Rochelle before completing business studies at INSEEC in Paris. During a work-study assignment at Concorde Lafayette, now Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile, he spent a year in Finance and another supporting Food and Beverage management before moving into Banquets and Events. His career subsequently developed through Food and Beverage leadership in French city hotels and resorts in Bora Bora, the Maldives and Hong Kong, later broadening into Executive Assistant Manager and hotel general management roles.
