After studying International Hotel Management at Institut Vatel Nîmes, Vincent Pauchon worked with Le Méridien hotels in Brussels, Algeria and the Seychelles. His subsequent resort assignments included Laucala Island in Fiji, The Legian and The Chedi Club Tanah Gajah in Bali. He later became Director of Sales and Marketing at Mandapa and Director of Operations at Phulay Bay, both within the Ritz-Carlton Reserve portfolio.
