Yoshihito Kaseda
Yoshihito Kaseda graduated in International Studies from J. F. Oberlin University before beginning his hotel career as a Junior Bellman at Hilton Tokyo Bay in January 2004. He transferred to Front Desk Reception and entered a management training programme, including a Guest Relations assignment in Cebu in the Philippines. After returning to Tokyo Bay as Bell Captain, he continued progressing through Rooms Division and senior management, building a career in guest services and luxury hotel operations in Japan.
