Bettei Otozure
Bettei Otozure is a modern ryokan beside the Otozure River in Yamaguchi's Nagato Yumoto Onsen. Its 18 guestrooms occupy a spacious setting of timber, stone and tatami, interpreting the area's long tradition of therapeutic hot-spring bathing. Seasonal kaiseki draws on Yamaguchi ingredients, while the riverside walks place the small property within a historic onsen town.
