Osteria Sincerità is a three-room auberge in Nanyō, Yamagata Prefecture, where a restaurant and a small inn share a single culinary identity. Chef Makoto Harada draws on seasonal produce from the Okitama region, including Yonezawa beef. Thoughtfully appointed accommodation extends the experience beyond dinner, with a private sauna in one suite and views across the surrounding fields.
