Patina Maldives, Fari Islands

Designed by Studio MK27, Patina Maldives brings a low, horizontal architectural language to the Fari Islands, with airy spaces that open towards the water. Timber, planting and long shaded planes blur the line between architecture and landscape, while art and the neighbouring Fari Marina give the island a cultural and social dimension unusual in the Maldives.
