Regent Hong Kong returned to the Kowloon waterfront with Chi Wing Lo’s reimagining of one of the city’s best-known harbour hotels. Interiors are deliberately restrained so Victoria Harbour remains the dominant visual element, with framed views and low-slung seating turning the changing light, ferries and skyline outside into the property’s most distinctive feature.
